According to the Berks County District Attorney’s office, Duane Taylor is accused of abducting a 13-year-old girl from her home near Schuylkill Avenue at about 2 a.m. Police say Taylor took the girl to New York. The girl was found 15 hours after she disappeared without shoes on Glenmore Avenue in Brooklyn. It was not immediately known if he suffered any injuries.
