Mr Narasimhan, 55, has served as chief executive of UK-based infant formula maker Lysol and Enfamil Reckitt Benckiser Group PLC for the past three years. He announced on Thursday that he would step down from Reckitt on September 30, and the Wall Street Journal reported that he was in final negotiations to take a senior role at a US company.
