Jennifer “Ginn” Norris, who works at Trinity School on the Upper East Side, was taped by the conservative Project Veritas saying she tries to “disrupt” where she can and that she and other teachers have “locked” their activism inside the cracks . “There are always groups of teachers who want to do this [activist] things, but management just wouldn’t let us,” Norris says in the clip. “Well, we were just doing sneaky things [through] the cracks.” Norris, who is listed as the director of students at the $60,000-a-year school, said she gets to bring in guest speakers twice a week and told her boss she would be “100 percent Democratic” with the kids. Asked by Project Veritas if she would ever let a Republican shout on campus, Norris said, “I won’t.” Norris mentioned how white male students feel entitled to always have their opinions heard.YouTube/Project Veritas Norris added, “I’m as responsible as they are [the administration] they are troubled. So if they want to do it [bring Republican speakers], then someone else has to do it. Why — not on my watch, I suppose.’ Elsewhere in the undercover recording, Norris suggested she has issues with some white male students on campus. “Unfortunately, it’s the white boys who feel very entitled to express their opposing views and they’re just pushed back,” Norris said. “There’s a huge amount of it that’s just horrible. And you’re like, “Are you always going to be horrible or are you just going to be horrible now?” I do not know.” When asked if there were any white Republicans to the rescue, Norris replied, “I don’t know. I think they should go. I think they are really awful people. I’m kind of afraid of my white students who are rich. I’m like — do you ever have to deal with that? They are so protected by capitalism. It saddens me.” Attempts by the Post to reach both Norris and the head of Trinity School about the video were unsuccessful Thursday. It is unclear where the video was shot, but the date on the clip indicates it was taken on June 12.
