Two people inside the home on Clark Road in St. Roch called police about 9:30 p.m., said Const. Gavin Moore. “Several people had gone to that residence and attempted to enter the home but were unsuccessful. The suspects, before leaving, fired a firearm into the residence.” No one was injured, Moore said. Prince District general duty officers attended the scene about six kilometers from Tignish, along with the Police Dog Service, the RCMP Major Crime Unit and Prince District Joint Force Operations.
