Photo: . A 21-year-old man was found in a parking lot located in the 3300 block of Massey Drive around 5 a.m. Friday. Police arrived on scene to find Prince George’s Fire/Rescue personnel rendering first aid to the man. Witnesses said the man was driving a go-kart in the parking lot and collided with a fixed structure. The man was not wearing a helmet. Paramedics took the driver to the hospital where he was pronounced dead. Items were seized at the scene, including the stroller. The investigation is ongoing, but foul play is not suspected. A parallel investigation is being conducted by the BC coroner’s office.
